Abstract

he buying and selling of cryptocurrency has become a new trend among young people because its presence aims to replace existing currencies around the world. One of the legal cryptocurrency provider applications, which has obtained approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency (BAPPETI), is PINTU. This study aims to determine the level of user satisfaction and the factors that influence user satisfaction. The data collection method used was a survey, with a total of 100 respondents. The End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method was applied, using five variables: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness, to determine customer satisfaction. Quantitative methods were employed through the use of SPSS software to calculate the impact of the EUCS variables on customer satisfaction. The results of the analysis show that the EUCS variables have an effect on customer satisfaction, with accuracy, ease of use, and timeliness influencing satisfaction simultaneously. In contrast, content and format affect satisfaction both residually and simultaneously. The percentage of customer satisfaction for each variable was as follows Content: 74.2%, Accuracy: 73.6%, Format: 74.9%, Ease of Use: 75.4%, Timeliness: 74.7%.
